Missing hccutils.DLL
Q: Missing hccutils.DLL
I recently started getting 3 system errors when i turn on the laptop. All say that hccutils.DLL is missing. The three sys errors are:
igfxtray.exe
hkcmd.exe
ifgxpers.exe
How do I get hccutils.DLL ????

Method 1: Check in clean boot:
Perform clean boot to identify if any 3rd party service is causing this issue:

Method 2: Perform System File Checker Scan (SFC\SCANNOW)
Follow the steps:
a. Press windows key + x.
b. Choose the Command prompt as admin from the context menu.
c. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or clickAllow.
d. At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow
The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.
Method 3: update the video drivers
a. Press windows key + x.
b. Choose the device manager from the context menu.
c. Look for the video card drivers in the device manager.
d. Right click on the divers.
e. Click on the update drivers from the menu.
